The Outta Place "Prehistoric Recordings" LP
21,00 €
The Outta Place, along with the Fuzztones, lead the pack in the arising garage revival scene in New York in the early 80s. This compilation contains their 1983 demo tape, (recorded strictly mono) from which their first e.p. was culled, released by Midnight Records in 1984. That was one of the very first garage punk records, and you can hear the band's absolute devotion to the most wild, impetuous, uncontrolled rock'n'roll! You also get four live tracks from their 1984 show at The Dive. Very cool historical document of a great place and time for underground music.
